Ingredients: 400g Spanish short-grain rice (such as Bomba or Calasparra); 5 liters chicken or meat broth; 150g sobrassada; 250g chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on; 250g pork spare ribs or pork belly; 150g cured sausage (butifarrón or chorizo), sliced; 1 large onion, finely chopped; 2 ripe tomatoes, grated (or 150g canned crushed tomatoes); 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 100g green beans, trimmed and chopped; 100g lima beans (or white beans); 1 bay leaf; 1 sprig of rosemary; 100ml olive oil; 1 teaspoon sweet paprika (pimentón dulce); Salt and black pepper to taste
