Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ChefView, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

ChefView is a mobile app that helps you discover recipes, match them to pantry ingredients, save meals, and manage a shopping list. Recipe content, pantry matching, and recommendations are provided for personal cooking inspiration and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. Always use your own judgment for food safety, allergies, and dietary needs.

Accounts

You may need an account to use some features. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Purchases

ChefView may offer ChefView Pro or other paid features through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

Free features, swipe limits, and Pro entitlements may change over time. We will describe current paid benefits in the app at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ChefView, including by:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
• Uploading harmful, unlawful, or abusive content
• Using the app in a way that harms other users or our systems

Intellectual Property

ChefView, including its software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by FoodHopp or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Recipe and food data may include content sourced or adapted from third parties and remains subject to applicable rights.

Disclaimer

ChefView is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that recommendations, pantry matches, or availability will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodHopp and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ChefView.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice when required. Continued use of ChefView after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
